Bruno Parco

Bruno Augustin Parco, age 91 of Clarksville, passed away on June 15, 2014.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at St. Bernardines Catholic Church in Suitland, MD. Burial will take place on a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Monday at the church.
Bruno entered this life on October 6, 1922 in the Philippines, the son of Juan Parco and Basilisa Augustin. He is a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarksville and St. Bernardine Catholic Church in Suitland, MD. He is a Retired U.S. Navy Veteran 1945-1968 and also Retired GSA Police Force from 1969 until 1984. He also served as a Eucharistic minister at St. Bernadines Catholic Church and was a life member of Knights of Columbus and Fleet Reserve Association.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Bennett Parco.
He is survived by his wife, Nina Anguay Parco; daughters, Beatrice Parco, Theresa Parco, Grace Parco, and Patricia (Philip) Grey; numerous brothers and numerous sisters, grandchildren: Michael Grey and Nathanial Grey; great-grandchildren, Arianna, Charlie, Hannah, and Quentin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Bernardines Catholic Church, 2400 Brooks Dr. Suitland, MD 20746.
