Brian Jay Westmoreland, age 63 of Stewart, TN, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Baggett officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, September 3, 2021.
Brian entered this life on August 5, 1958 in West Branch, MI, son to Curtis Westmoreland and Betty Burkett Peacock. Brian worked as a logger for many years before going to work for MBI for the last 3 years.
Brian was preceded in death by his loving parents as well as his sister-in-law Sharron Baggett and brother-in-law Russell Martin Jr.
Brian leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years, Pamela Westmoreland; one daughter, Tiffany Chauncey (Mitch); one brother, Brent Westmoreland (Kim); one sister; Liz Loper (Bobby); six grandchildren, Jacey Forsgren, Gage Forsgren, Cobey Chauncey, Chessa Chauncey, Cayla Chauncey, and Cianna Chauncey. Brian also leaves behind his loving nieces and nephews; Wesley Loper, Hailey Ezell, Shannon Allison, Kelly Brown, Derek Smith, and Casey Odom; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. Brian also leaves behind two sister-in-laws; Janice Smith (Jim) and Phyllis Hasley; and one broher-in-law Edwin Baggett.
