She was born January 6, 1956, daughter of the late John Powell and Estelle Devasier Powell. Brenda was a member of Scotts Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She loved cooking and baking and spending time in the Smokey Mountains.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Harry R. Seay
Survivors include her son, Chad (Kristine) Seay; spouse, Don Sisemore; step children; Mick Sisemore, Joey Sisemore, Andy Sisemore, Penny Sisemore; brother, Gene (Rosie) Powell; sister, Jeanie Welker; step grandchildren; Destiny Baldwin, Emory Baldwin, AJ Sisemore, Natalie Sisemore, and Sorsha Sisemore; nephews, Chris (Gabriela) Bolin, Dwayne (Heather) Powell; nieces, Valerie (Doug) Mai, Laura Whisenhunt, Frances (Kevin) Reed
