Bobby Nichols - 1947 Bobby Neil Nichols, 61, Erin, died Monday, January 5,2009, at His Residence. The funeral will be held at 2pm Wednesday at Griffin's Chapel Church of the Nazarene with Bro.Doug Terry officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30pm till 8pm Tuesday at the funeral home and from 8am till 12 noon at the funeral home Wednesday and 12 noon till service at Griffins Chapel. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born April 9,1947 in Houston County,Tn.son of the late Ewell Thomas Nichols and Mary Catherine Kane Nichols. He was preceded by three Brothers William Nichols, Billy Nichols, Donald Nichols one sister Betty Trawick and one great grandchild He was a member of Griffin's Chapel Church Of The Nazarene.He was a self employed contractor. Survivors include his mother Mary Catherine Nichols,his wife Barbara Potter Nichols,two sons Chris(Susan)Nichols,Matthew (Mandy)Turner,two daughters Teresa (Randy)Meyer,Cindy(Michael)Ryan,two brothers Tommy Nichols,Andy Nichols all of Houston County,Tn.one sister Wanda Cumberland of Clarksville,Tn.twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Chris Nichols, Matthew Turner, Brian Nichols, Randy Meyer, Michael Ryan, Sean Nichols, Randy Webb, Billy Webb. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Griffin's Chapel Building Fund.
