Bobby Mayfield

Bobby Earl Mayfield, age 73 of Cunningham, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2011 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel, with Rev. David Mackens and Dr. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Mayfield was born December 8, 1937 in Montgomery County, and was the son of the late William McKinley and Fredonia Bryant Mayfield. He was retired and had formerly operated Mayfield BBQ, and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Baggett Mayfield, Cunningham; daughters, Saundra (Benny) McKim, Patty (Kurt) Finley, Cunningham, Bobbi Ann (Jeff) Arms, Adams; brother, Billy Mayfield, Cunningham; sisters, Peggy Hodges, Cunningham, Doris Farmer, Clarksville; grandchildren, Donna, Steven, Eric, Lauren, Dustin, Victoria and Brock; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Haley, Bentley, Laney and Shane.
