Bobby Gene Dudley

Bobby Gene Dudley, age 85, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Nicholson Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Bobby entered this life on December 29, 1939 to the late Oscar and Mary Dudley. He honorably served in The United States Army for 23 years, and went on to have a second career as a Post Master for The United States Postal Service. Bobby enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and boating.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Dudley, and brother, Oscar Dudley, and granddaughter, Jacklin Jade Dudley Goad.

Survivors include his children, Bobby “Doug” Dudley, and Nancy “Boopie” Dudley; grandchildren, Ashley (Brian) Chronister, and Alex Dudley. Bobby also leaves behind 3 sisters, 3 brothers, and 5 great-grandchildren.
