Blanche Marguerite Elpers, 91, Clarksville, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Sterling House of Clarksville. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Evansville, IN with Father Ted Tempel and Deacon Dave Seibert officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Evansville, IN. Friends my visit form 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave, Evansville, where a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friends may also visit Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Evansville, IN.
