Billy Marshall Wisdom passed away at his residence March 23, 2012 he was born March 10, 1929 in Saltillo, TX. Son of the late Alvie Marshall Wisdom and Robert Eliza Taylor Wisdom. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Martha Ann Wisdom and sister Bernice Glover. A celebration of life will be 2pm Wednesday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Lela Roby and Brother Warner Scott Roby officiating. Visitation will be from 1pm until 8pm Tuesday and from 8am until service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cumberland City Cemetery. A masonic service at 7pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Billy grew up a member of Saltillo United Methodist Church, was a mason, member of Operating Engineer Union. Survivors include two sons Terry Wisdom and Stanley Wisdom both of Tn. Ridge, Tn. one daughter Debra Lynn Krahenbuhl of Naples, FL. one brother Rev. Henry Wisdom (Bennie), five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was highly respected and loved superintendent and engineer in the Pipeline/Natural Gas Industry. At the age of 79 he helped to engineer one of the largest pipeline projects in American History to date. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great grandfather and friend to many. He loved to Turkey and Quail hunt, golfing, woodworking and was an avid Crapi and Bass fisherman,. He will be missed by many cherished family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. We know that he is now resting in heaven with Murtee by his side.
