Billy Rye

Billy Wesley Rye, age 68 of Clarksville passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021.
Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Friday, December 10, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at First Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Billy entered this life on February 22, 1953 in Montgomery County, TN to the late Lawrence and Margaret Louvenia Rye. He was retired from Trane, enjoying coon hunting, playing golf, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Rye.
Survivors include his son, Bradley Wayne Rye; stepchildren, Richard Llewellyn and Ryan Sullivan; step-grandchildren, Alyssa and Jamie Sullivan, Addie and Tyler Llewellyn; brothers, Ted and Danny Rye; sisters, Kathy Telfer, Margaret Kelly and Linda Vanderwege.
Pallbearers will be Geary Rives, Mitchell Frazier, Larry Speers, Charlie Richardson, Doug Knight, and Joe Batey.
