Billy Marlow

Billy Howard Marlow, age 82 of Cumming, GA. passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. 

Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cummingham, TN where he will be laid to rest by his first wife, Marjorie Stockdale Marlow. Local arrangements are in the care of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. 

Billy was born to Willard and Nadine Marlow in Rogers, AK. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, he had a full career as a chemist in the agricultural industry until he retired. Billy was an active member in many churches during his life and served the Lord however he was called but especially loved his time serving as musical director for several churches. Billy was a self-taught musician. He played guitar, keyboards, and harmonica. Billy also loved gardening and woodworking. Billy was a proud member of Gideons International and the Nazarene Church. Billy was very much loved by his family and will never be forgotten.

Survivors include his second wife, Elizabeth Marlow; son, Howard and his wife Tammy; grandchildren, Christian Logan, Austin Cale and Trinity Rhayne of Kennesaw, GA; daughter, Donna Marie Marlow of Tifton, GA; nieces, Mary and Cathy of OK; and numerous step-children and step-grandchildren. Billy was proceeded to heaven by his beloved sister, Doris Jean.

Cumming, Georgia arrangements - The family will receive friends at the Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Ave., Cumming, Georgia on Monday, April 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. at Providence Presbyterian Church.
