Billy Vaughn Jones, 58, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at his home in Woodlawn.
The remains are to be cremated. A private service will be held at a later date.
Billy was born January 1, 1954 in Frankfort, Germany, son of James Wilson Jones and Jennie Heggie Jones. He was retired from Civil Service.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Terri Sue Jones and a brother, Donnie D. Jones.
Survivors include his wife Denise Rene Herdman Jones of Woodlawn, son Jonathan Tyler Jones of Woodlawn, daughter Frances Kieselback and her husband John of Fox Lake, IL, grandchildren Jase Kyle Russell and Damon Stone Kieselback, brothers Ronnie Jones of Woodlawn, Arthur Jones of Clarksville, Larry David Jones of Clarksville, Mike Jones of Murfreesboro, and sisters Betty Bellamy of Anacoco, LA, June Skelton of Houston, TX, Sandra Whitley of Cunningham, Jennie Wallace of Clarksville, and Dorrie Rice of Clarksville.
