Billy Allen

Billy Franklin Allen, Jr., age 60, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at his residence with his loving family by his side.
A celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Military Honors rendered. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
A Vigil will be held 6 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church
The remains are to be cremated.

Mr. Allen was born February 6, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The son of the late Billy Franklin Allen, Sr. and Loretta Wilkie Allen. Billy was an US Army Veteran-serving in Germany, a Manager for Bio-Tech Dialysis for over 30 years, he loved to fish and garden and also a member of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Allen survivors include his wife, Shelley Horton Allen, 4 children, brother; Tony Allen, sister; Julie Phipps, and 13 grandchildren.
