William (Bill) Edgar Fain, Jr. age 72, of Dickson, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Horizon Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, Clarksville, TN with Rev. Mike Proctor officiating. Burial will follow at Freeman Cemetery.
The Fain family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Bill entered into this life on December 2, 1946 in Dickson, County, TN son of the late William Fain, Sr. and Ruby Wall Fain. He was a member of Soules Chapel United Methodist Church, and a Veteran of the United States Navy. Bill excelled in sales and never met a stranger. Having a career at both Sears, and Mathews Nissan, he was loved by many. His family meant everything to him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Fain, and great-grandson, Jason Dale Fain.Bill was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.
Loving family includes his son, Anthony "Bo" (Rebecca) Fain; brother, David (Michelle) Fain, and sisters, Nancy (David) Mayer, Dorothy Fain, Martha McGreery, and Lynn Dallas, and grandchildren, Anthony Dale Fain, Aaron Beau Fain, James Joseph Tait, and Sabin Anthony Fain.
