Betty Morrison

Betty Caroline Morrison, age 91 of Erin, TN, passed away on August 10, 2018 at Signature Healthcare of Erin.
A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Paul Moody and Jason Pounds officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The Morrison family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.
Betty entered this life on April 16, 1927 in Kane, PA, daughter to the late Dr. Harrison and Carrie McGhee. Betty was a faithful member of Erin Baptist Church, member of the Eastern Star, daughter to the American Revolution, and a member of the Retired Teachers Association. Betty spent her professional career helping students where she served as a speech Therapist.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Morrison, and son, John Morrison.
Survivors include her loving children, Barry Morrison (Tyanne) of Erin, TN, Billy Morrison (Lisa) of Springfield, TN, Linda Katzenmeyer (Kenny) of Palmyra, TN, and Jennifer Hatch (Chris) of Jackson, TN. Betty also leaves behind eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Josh Morrison, Nick Hastings, Jon Morrison, Brandon Hutch, Zach Hatch, and Ian Cooksey.
