Betty Carter

Betty Marie Carter, 71, Columbia , died Friday, November 28,2008, at Baptist Hospital. The funeral will be held at 2pm Monday at Nave Funeral Home chapel with Bro.John Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30pm till 8pm Sunday and from 8am till service Monday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 20,1937 in Montgomery County,Tn.daughter of the late Albert and Beddie Mixon Tuberville.She was the widow of the late Lion (Red) Carter. Survivors include one son Jerry Carter of Tn.Ridge,Tn.two daughters Debra Painter of Lincoln,Missouri, Sandra Carter of Bentleyville,Pennsylvania,one sister Glenda Rodchester of Columbia,Tn. six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chris Rodchester, Mike Rodchester, Dwayne Tuberville, Robert Tuberville, William Tuberville, Jackie Dennis.
