Betty Brotherton

Betty Ann Brotherton, age 79 of Erin, TN, passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Byrd officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
The Brotherton family will receive friends on Monday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday morning.
Betty entered this life on August 5, 1940 in Louisville, KY, daughter to the late Raymond and Irene Reid. Betty was a member of the Eastern Star, VFW AC 9689, and ASMR of God.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Brotherton.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Debra Hargrove, Rose Breeden; sons, Fred Wright Jr, James Wright, and brother, Raymond Reid Jr. Betty also leaves behind nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
