Bessie Lou Parker, 94, Clarksville, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at her home.
A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, April 22, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Steve Kirby officiating. Entombment will follow in Resthaven Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Parker was born April 03, 1927 in Montgomery County, TN and was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Rich and Lillie Stanley Rich; her husband, Robert “RV” Parker; her daughter, Sheila Louise Binkley and step-daughter Kathy Nicholson; her great-grandchild, Dillon Aric Binkley; siblings, Decie Dragon, T.L. Rich, Alma Davis, and Monroe Rich.
Bessie Lou was the bookkeeper for RV Parker Plumbing, a member of Hilldale Church of Christ, she loved family, church, hunting, fishing and anything sweet.
Survivors include her sister, Rhonda Rich, sons Donnie Binkley, Richard Binkley, step-son Darrell (Lynda) Parker; son-in-law, Victor Nicholson; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
The family is grateful for the care and compassion provided to her by Cheryle Lawson, Linda Price, and Janice Shupp in the last years of her life. Also, the family would like to thank Tennova Hospice for their comfort in care.
Pallbearers will be Donald Binkley Jr., Daniel Binkley, Dennis Benefield, Derek Parker, Brian Jacoway and Adam Jacoway.
