Bessie Mai Black, age 98 of Palmyra, TN, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at her home.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the Black Family Cemetery with Bro. Gary Riley officiating.
Bessie entered this life on November 21, 1919 in Henry County, TN, daughter to the late Ad and Emmie Durham Dennis. Bessie was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
In addition to her parents, Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Owen E. Black.
Bessie leaves behind her loving son, Gene Black.
Ryan Hughes, Andrew Hughes, Issaic Hughes, Jerome Black, Dustin, Johnson,and Adam Lynch will serve as pallbearers.
