Bertha Mae (Jackie) Johnson, 66, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Community Church with Pastor Harold Witmer and Elder Kenny Barbour officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Bertha was born November 28, 1945 in Bradford County, PA. She was a member of Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Wayne Johnson of Clarksville, and her children by marriage, Crystal Gail Johnson of Nashville, Julie Starlene Cobb of Clarksville, and Teresa Lynn Ramirez of San Angelo, TX.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Appalachian Mission Fund c/o Community Church, 199 Jack Miller Blvd., Clarksville, TN 37042.
