Baxter Wallace

Mr. Baxter Thomas Wallace, age 73 of Cumberland City, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at his residence.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Springhill United Methodist Church with Pastors Jacqueline Pitt Martin and Joel Nulty officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis Cemetery.
The Wallace family will receive friends on Friday at Nave Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday morning at the church. Masonic rites will be held Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home.
Baxter entered this life on August 28, 1943 in Stewart County, TN, son to the late Byron and Mable Lyle Wallace.
Baxter was a faithful member of Springhill United Methodist Church, was a member of the Pipefitters Local#572, and was a 50 year member in the Masonic Charity Lodge#370.
In addition to his parents, Baxter was preceded in death by brother, Charles Wallace.
Survivors include his loving daughters, Amber Wallace, Ginger Wallace Caldwell (Adam); brother, Teddy Wallace; sister, Bettye Wilt; granddaughter, Posey Bridges; grandson, Landon Caldwell; and his loving dog, Lady.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
