Barnie Goff Jr., 72, Clarksville, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center after a long illness.
A celebration of his life will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2017 at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until the hour of service on Saturday at the Church.
Burial with military honors will be 11 a.m., Monday, April 24, 2017 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
Barnie was born September 25, 1944 in Atwood, TN and was preceded in death by his parents, Barnie Cecil and Pauline Lute Goff; sisters, Ivaleen Kelley and Martha Ann Lee.
He was a retired U.S. Army Veteran who faithfully attended First Assembly of God.
Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Sue Goff; sons, Christopher Allen (Suzanne) Goff, Barry (Samantha) Goff; sister, Ivie Jean Sanders; grandchildren, Teala Goff, Shae Goff, Bryce (Ashley) Goff, Kindra Goff; step-granddaughter, Kimberly Farrell and husband Chris Stupe; two great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and devoted friends, Kay French, Delilah Lee and Kay Janish.
Military will serve as pallbearers.
