Barbara Jean Seay, 74, Clarksville, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare.
A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Dr. Steve Estep officiating. Burial will follow in Smith-Austin Cemetery, Indian Mound.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
She was born July 30, 1942 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. Evans and Mary Shelton Evans Parker; brother, Jessie Evans; and half sister, Vergie Mae Kroubger.
Mrs. Seay was a retired Beautician and Teachers Aid for Montgomery County School System.
Survivors include her husband, Charles A. Seay; daughters, Teresa Carpenter, Cindy (Keith) Price; grandchildren, Brittney Thorne, Ashley Carpenter, Savanah Tuberville, James Tuberville, Jacob Tuberville; great-grandchildren, Miles Thorne, Abigail Thorne.
Pallbearers will be Jason Thorne, Keith Price, Travis Corbitt, James Tuberville, Jacob Tuberville and Bobby Tuberville.
