Barbara Morrison

Barbara Ann Morrison, 78, Clarksville , died Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at Alive Hospice at Saint Thomas, Nashville. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Verlon Moore and Rev. Terry Brown officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Morrison was born February 7, 1932 In Montgomery County. She was preceded in death by her parents, EJ and Esther Hall; husband, Robert Irvin Morrison; brother, Carney Ray Hall. Mrs. Morrison retired from Montgomery County School System, a homemaker and a member of Hilldale Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Tom (Gloria) Morrison, Clarksville; daughters, Rhonda Robinson, Clarksville, Sherry (Kenny) Pruitt, Chattanooga; Cathy (David) Fleming, Smyrna; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Wade Robinson, Jerry Robinson, John Pruitt, Stetson Fleming, Rocky Robinson, Diego Robinson and Damien Morrison.
