Barbara Jean Jones

Barbara Jean Wolard Jones, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Clarksville Nursing & Rehab.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Deacon Dominick Azzara officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday. Additionally, a Rosary prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Barbara entered into this life on March 20, 1932 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Morris Lee Wolard and Laura Catherine Morrison Wolard. She was a loving and devoted homemaker and a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. In addition to her parents Barbara was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Walp, Sr., second husband, Calvin C. Jones, and son, George E. Walp.
Survivors include her children, Robert Walp, Jr. and wife Robbie of Cumberland Furnace, Linda Cunningham and husband Jack of Clarksville, and Teresa Tinsley and husband Danny of Clarksville; children by marriage, William Jones and wife Lois, Erine Jones, and Beverly Gregory; fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren by marriage.
Pallbearers will be Danny Tinsley, Rob Byard, Aaron Trammell, Billy Jones, Jr., Tim Cunningham, and Tommy Morrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Wolard, David Wolard, Larry Wolard, and Jack Cunningham.
