Barbara Duggins

Barbara Lynn Duggins, 64, Clarksville, died Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. The remains are to be cremated. No services are planned. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 4, 1945 in Charlottesville, Virginia, daughter of the late Herman and Elizabeth Sloat Via. She was preceded in death by brother, Herman Wayne Via; sisters, Beverly Ray Phelps, Betty Via. She was a homemaker, a Baptist and a supporter and volunteer of the following organizations; Humane Society, Amercian Lung Association of Tennessee,and Adopt a Solider program. Survivors include her husband, Kalub "Kal" Duggins, Clarksville, daughter, Alison Duggins, Clarksville, sisters, Bonnie Tapia, Arlington, TX, and Brenda Pamplin, Ft. Valley, VA.
