Arvee Baggett

Arvee Baggett, 95, Cunningham, died Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. She was born October 14, 1915 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Wesley and Mollie Olivia Rye Bryant; husband, Dudley Baggett; and son, Billy Joe Baggett. Mrs. Baggett was retired from Montgomery County School System where she worked at Montgomery Central for many years. She was a member of Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her sons, Charles (Peggy) Baggett, and Ralph (Vickie) Baggett, Cunningham; sisters, Rosie Smith, Florida, Louvenia Rye, Clarksville; grandchildren, Billy Joe Baggett, Charlene Baggett, Patti Ellis, Charles Dudley Baggett, Vanessa VanWormer, Clayton Dudley Baggett; fourteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be A.B. Baggett, Dudley Baggett, Mitchell Ellis, Clayton Baggett, Cody Baggett, Tommie Richardson, Will Arrington and Kyle Baggett. Honorary Pallbearers: Whitney Richardson, Ken Ellis, Arnold Hodges and Greg Hodges. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, c/o Ralph D.
