April Henderson

April Joy Henderson, age 50 of Clarksville passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at Tristar Centennial Medical Center.
Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Hurst Cemetery in Rhea County, TN.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 3 until the hour of service at the funeral home.
April entered this life on July 15, 1970 to the late William Leon Underwood and Mildred Ruth McCandless Underwood. She was a member of Clarksville Seventh-day Adventist Church and enjoyed being active in her community. If April wasn’t in the yard working with flowers, chickens or watching birds, you could find her volunteering at the homeless shelter and feeding the hungry. Her greatest pride was her family, whom she loved travelling and attending conventions with.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Johnny Henderson; children, Gabrielle Henderson and Elijah Henderson; brother, Michael Underwood; special cousin, Robin; mother-in-law, Nancy Henderson; sister-in-law, Renee Henderson; nieces, Eleanor Underwood, and Wanda Henderson, and nephew, Bobby Gregory.
