Annie McClain Wilson - 1914 Annie Lucille McClain Wilson, 96, Clarksville,Tn., died Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11am Friday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel Erin,Tn. with Rev. Nathan Mulkey and Rev. Patrick Woosley officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm until 8pm Thursday and from 8am until service Friday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Annie was born July 12, 1914 in Dickson County,Tn. daughter of the late Lawrence and Ethel Lane Herrington.She was preceded in death by her husbands William Gobel McClain and Clifton Wilson. She was a member of Lynnhaven Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors include four daughters June McClain Porter(Mellow) of Cumberland Furnace,Tn.Joann Wilson (James)of Waterford,Mi.Faye Hinkle (Robert) of White Lake,Mi.Phyllis Barnes of Clarksville,Tn. seven grandchildren,eight great grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Billy Jo Porter, Todd Porter, Jamie Wilson, Shermie Averitt, Bob Hinkle, Steve Poston.
