Annie Middleton

Annie Lou “Ann” Middleton, age 81 of Erin, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at her residence.
A celebration of her life will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Stephen Cathey officiating. Burial will follow in Bush Cemetery.
The Middleton family will receive friends at Nave Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday afternoon.
Ann entered this life on August 5, 1937 in Clarksburg, TN, daughter to the late Daniel and Retha Collins. Ann was a faithful member of Elk Creek Baptist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star. Ann was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister to her family and she will greatly be missed.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Dewayne Middleton; son, Ricky Middleton; siblings, Daniel Collins, Maurice Collins, William Collins, and Nelson Collins.
Ann leaves behind her loving son, Mark (Alyson) Middleton; sister, Sylvia Leslie, brother, John Woodard, and daughter in law, Vernetta Middleton. Ann also leaves behind her loving grandchildren, Mandy Gleaves, Jeremiah Middleton, Jodi Ann Middleton, Madyson Middleton, Ethan Middleton, and five great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremiah Middleton, Ethan Middleton, Brit Leslie, Danny Leslie, Aaron Hudson, Zachary Jones, David Jones, and James Sidney Cathey.
