Anna Rose Anderson, age 96 of Granite, MD passed away Monday, June 14, 2021.
Services will be held at Granite Presbyterian Church in Granite, MD. Burial will take place at Prospect Cemetery in Breckenridge, PA next to her late husband.
Anna entered this life on January 6, 1925 in Granite, MD to the late LeRoy and Claudia Brantley Beasman. She was a member of Granite Presbyterian Church in Granite, MD. While in Clarksville, Anna enjoyed worship and fellowship at Hickory Point United Methodist Church. She was a retired schoolteacher, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Anderson, son, Stephen Anderson, and daughter in law, Jeanine Anderson.
Survivors include her sons, George Anderson, and his wife Mary Kay, Michael Anderson and his wife, Patricia; daughter Claudia Knight and her husband, Albert; grandchildren, Katie Goldsmith, Scott Anderson, Katrina Lanham, Laurie Phipps, Kelly Couts, Elizabeth Fowler, Tony Anderson, Steve Anderson, Sierra Anderson, Alicia Anderson, and Grant Anderson. Anna is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Anna.
