Ann Ponto

Ann B. Ponto, 96, PeeWee Valley, Kentucky, died Friday, January 30, 2009, at Friendship Manor in PeeWee Valley. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 21, 1912 in Montgomery Co., TN, daughter of Hezekiah and Eudora Karns Baggett. Mrs. Ponto was a Presbyterian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Matthew Ponto, brothers Herman and Bartee Baggett, and sisters Pearl B. Baggett and Bertie Baggett Underwood. She is survived by sister-in-law Laurine Pulley Baggett of Cunningham and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
