Amber Leah McCrobie, a devoted wife and mother, passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 50.
She had been a resident of Houston County and had served as a dedicated 911 operator. Born on March 26, 1973, in Clarksville, TN, Amber brought joy and compassion into the lives of those around her.
Amber was a shining example of dedication and commitment in both her personal and professional life. As a 911 operator, she worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of others. Her calm demeanor and quick thinking were instrumental in countless emergency situations. Amber's unwavering commitment to serving her community will always be remembered.
Outside of work, Amber cherished her role as a wife and mother. She shared an unbreakable bond with her loving husband of 22 years, Russell McCrobie. Together, they built a life filled with love, support, and adventures. Amber's nurturing spirit extended to her son, William McCrobie, whom she adored dearly.
Amber's kind heart touched the lives of many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Nancy Hawks. Although their physical presence may be gone, their memory will forever be cherished by those who knew them. Amidst this deep sorrow, Amber leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to guide us through our lives. She is survived by her beloved husband, Russell; son, William; father and mother-in-law Larry McCrobie and Shawna McCrobie, and three brothers.
A private celebration of Amber Leah McCrobie's life will be held.
