Alton “Roy” Deskin, age 80, of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery.
The Deskin family will receive friends Friday, November 23, 2018 from 3 to 6 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
Roy entered into this life on March 20, 1938. He enjoyed watching football, and playing football in his younger years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, LaDonna Deskin, and brother, Dickey Deskin.
Survivors include his step-daughters, Dianne Agerton, Janet (Roy) Siar, Trudy Griffin, and Sue Sturgeon; brother, CD Deskin, twin brother, Alan Deskin; grandchildren, Roger, Lee, Rhonda, Charles, LaVonda, JoAnn, Billy, Eddie, Mark, David, Jody, and Darla, and many great-grandchildren.
