Alfred Parrish

Mr.Alfred Gene Parrish, 80, Erin, died Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at Patients Choice Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2pm Friday at St.Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Father Michael Baltrus officiating. Burial will be in St.Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30pm till 8pm with Rosary at 7pm Thursday and from 8am till 1:30pm Friday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr.Parrish was born February 11, 1929 in Scottsville,Ky.son of the late Vernon and Josephine Rich Parrish. He was a member of St.Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a U.S.Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife Wanda Halloway Parrish of Erin,Tennessee three daughters Deborah Poteet of Meridian,Mississippi, Pam McCormick of St.Louis,Missouri, Jeanie Moll of Nashville,Tennessee, two sisters Sylvia Evans of Casselberry,Florida, Opal Harmon of Bowling Green,Kentucky seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
