Alfred Davis

Alfred Eugene Davis, 68, Clarksville, died Saturday, November 29, 2008, at his daughters residence in Dover, Delaware. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, with full military honors. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born July 17, 1940 in Indian County, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso Davis and Margaret Louise Nymick Davis; and his wife, Christa Charlotte Davis. Mr. Davis was a Catholic who was a retired 1st Sgt. of the U.S. Army and a Viet Nam Veteran. He was a loving, generous and giving man. Loving family includes his daughters, Manuela Spring, Clarksville, Carmen Wallace, Big Rock, Jacqueline Gaudet, Clarksville, Michele Turner, Dover, DE; brothers, Jimmy Davis; Bronson, sisters, Joanne Williams, Sally Reese; grandchildren, Ryan, Chelsea, Rachel, Crystal and Wesley.
