Alberta Morrison

Alberta Heflin Morrison, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, July14, 2017 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Jeter officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Friday.
Alberta entered into this life on August 23, 1928 in Stewart County to the late Clayton and Alma Harrison Heflin. She was retired from Booster and was a Homemaker. Alberta was a member of the Ajax-Turner Senior Citizens Center and also Pleasant View Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Morrison; sons, Charles Ray "Bubba" Morrison and Phillip D. Morrison; siblings, Douglas Heflin, J.W. Heflin, Rex Heflin, and Delores Heflin Allen; son-in-law, Billy Batey; and great grandchild, Hailey Anderson; and companion, Dean Black.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Batey and Wendy (Gary) Schwartz; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant View Baptist Church Family Life Center.
