Adelheid Farrell, 72, Clarksville, passed away Friday, November 18, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, KS.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2011 at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. John Mark Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 Thursday at the funeral home.
Adelheid was born June 3, 1939 in Goldkronach, Germany, daughter of Johann and Margarete Heinz Katholing. She was previously employed with the Ft. Campbell, KY Commissary.
Survivors include her son, Major Steven Roy (Sheri) Farrell, Ft. Leavenworth, KS; brothers, Helmat Katheling, Bruno Katheling, Horst Katheling, George Katheling, Erich Katheling, Hermann Katheling, all of Germany; sisters, Marjarete Croel, MI; grandchildren, Brandon, Shawn and Samantha Farrell.
