Condolences

Condolence From: Joe and Brenda Dyer
Condolence: So pretty are her flowers, they are the most commonly used flowers for bridal bouquets. With her polished evergreen foliage and inescapable perfume, she is truly breathtaking.
Her timber is hard and heavy, and has been used commercially to make furniture, pallets, and veneer. Brick-red fruits and kidney-shaped seeds attract a variety of birds and small animals including squirrels and wild turkeys.
Her dark green broad leaves are thick, long (5-8 inches) and shiny, with a rust colored velvet underside. A wide trunk with creamy brown bark that will grow 2-3 feet in diameter.
Impressive roots spanning four times the width of her 30-50-foot canopy. She will grow to be 60-80 ft tall, growing at a rate of 1-2 feet per year. She will be strong with beauty everlasting.
May this Southern Magnolia tree remind you of your momma; her “magnificent strength, and her incomparable beauty” she is home at last but her presence remains eternally with and within you.
